How to Find Someone in Needles Jail

You can search inmates online to get an idea of their booking information, and status in custody. It will help you when you are planning on sending money to an inmate or visiting them. A state inmate search or county inmate search can give you the information that you are looking for. It will help you locate an offender in custody.

Inmate Visitation at Needles Jail

If the inmate services include visits, you can go to see them in the jail. This gives you an opportunity to stay connected to your loved one in custody. However, there are some rules regarding the visitation of an inmate while they are in custody. Here are some of the top rules that you will need to follow.

Attire

There are certain things that you will not be allowed to wear in the jail. These include clothing that exposes your skin, has offensive language, has gang affiliated language, or is covered with drug or alcohol paraphernalia. You cannot wear hats.

You will need to wear shirts that have sleeves, shorts that are not any shorter than mid-thigh, and clothing with no tears or rips.

Belongings

All belongings must stay in your car during the visit. No purses, diaper bags, cellular phones, keys, or other items will be allowed into the visitation room. There are a few lockers where your keys can be locked in these lockers during the visit.

The facility has the right to search your person, your belongings, and your vehicle.

Minors

If you are bringing a minor to the visit, they must be with an adult. Small children need to be accompanied by an adult and kept within arm’s length throughout the visit. If you are unable to keep your child contained, your visit may be denied. Only two small children will be allowed in a visit per adult.

Generally, the guards have the right to deny a visit for any reason. However, if you are a felon, on probation or parole, or have a warrant, you will not be allowed in the visit. Adults over the age of 18 are allowed. Everyone must have a valid photo identification card issued by a state, municipal, or federal agency.

If the guards believe there is a security risk within the facility, the visits may be canceled and not rescheduled. In these cases, you would schedule another visit on the next available visitation date. It is possible that your visit will be cut short or canceled altogether in these cases. Make sure to call first to see if visits have been canceled for the day. It is not the facilities job to call and let guests know that the visits have been canceled and the inmates may not be able to use the phone to let you know during these times.
