Houston City Central Jail is located at 61 Riesner St. Houston, TX. There are two different city jails for the town of Houston Texas the Central and the Southeast jail. After a few days of placement in the Houston City Central Jail, the majority of inmates will be transferred to Houston’s County Jail System.
