Baytown Municipal Jail is located at 3200 North Main Street, in Harris, Texas and has the capacity of 30 beds. Anytime a person is arrested by any Baytown Police Officer, they are taken to this facility and handed over into the custody of the City Jailer. Once this happens the person is “booked” and input into the Jail Computer System. This usually only takes about an hour after the person is arrested.
